- Cancellation Policy: Appointments scheduled through our Website or JaneApp are subject to our cancellation policy. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments for high-value services (Shockwave/PEMF) may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session credit.
- No Guarantees of Results: While we strive for the best clinical outcomes, healthcare is an inexact science. Payment for the "Total Recovery Protocol" or other services is for the time, expertise of the provider, and use of the equipment, not for a guaranteed cure or specific result. Refunds are not provided for services rendered.
